Two businessmen, including Waqar and Khurram, have refused to help the investigation team formed by Pakistan into the death of Pakistani journalist Arshad Sharif.
According to the sources, the two brothers had assured all possible help in this matter a week ago, but till now, the investigation team formed by Pakistan has failed to get any help from these two brothers. Waqar and Khurram’s lawyer maintained that his clients were innocent.
Pakistani news anchor, Arshad Sharif’s visa provider is Kenyan businessman Waqar, whose brother Khurram Ahmed was present in Arshad Sharif’s car at the time of his death. The Kenyan police have already presented him as a case of mistaken identity.
With the help of Nairobi Police, the Pakistani investigation team is present in Nairobi, Kenya, to collect information about Arshad Sharif, where evidence is collected from Arshad Sharif’s residence.
