Study Explores Breastfeeding's Effect On Maternal Mental Health

Washington [US]: A new systemic review has examined that Breastfeeding Effect on Maternal Mental Health to inform breastfeeding recommendations.

28 studies found that breastfeeding was associated with a decreased risk of postpartum depression symptoms.
