Dhanush and Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth’s divorce announcement has come as a shock to fans. Many have taken to social media to send their well wishes to the former couple and their families. In fact, ‘Stay strong Rajinikanth’ has been trending on Twitter as fans are sending Aishwaryaa’s father, Rajinikanth, their well wishes.
On January 17, Dhanush and Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth announced that they are walking their separate ways. Fans expressed shock and sadness at the news. Megastar Rajinikanth’s fans have extended their best wishes to him and asked him to stay strong on Twitter.

Dhanush and Aishwaryaa got married on November 18, 2004. Now, after 18 years of marriage, they have decided to go their separate ways. Making the announcement on Twitter, Dhanush wrote, “18 years of togetherness as friends, couple as parents and well wishers to each other. The journey has been of growth, understanding, adjusting, and adapting. Today we stand at a place where our paths separate. Aishwaryaa and I have decided to part ways as a couple and take time to understand us as individuals for the better. Please do Respect our decision and give us the needed privacy to deal with this. Dhanush and Aishwaryaa have two kids Yatra and Linga.
