It may be nearly two years since Dia released, but fans seem to be in no hurry to let go of their association with the film’s hit pair, Adi and Dia (played by Pruthvi Ambaar and Kushee Ravi). And it’s this fondness that sees the duo being beseeched with offers to reunite on screen, the latest being an album song featuring the two as lovers.
Titled Neenillade, the story has been written by Dinesh V, sung by Sathya Radhakrishna and helmed by Ravindra.
Kushee Ravi is elated to have featured in the album and shares how fans will never get over Adi and Dia. “And that’s the beauty of this pair’s story. I find it heartening to see that, and our fans cheer every time Pruthvi and I collaborate on something. This album song is also bound to evoke a similar response,” she says. Pruthvi agrees with his co-star and adds that it’s this love of fans that makes Kushee and him give a nod to such interesting projects. “This is a love song, yes, but there’s a surprise element in it too.
We hope our audiences like it,” smiles Pruthvi.
Neenillade was shot across various locations in Bengaluru in three days and is a visual treat, say its makers.
