Bhopal, Aug 2: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan heartily felicitated the national women’s hockey team on Monday for cruising into the semifinal at the Tokyo Olympics.
“The women in blue did it! Great show of tenacity, resilience and confidence. I am sure, you will succeed in the next game too. My best wishes! It gives me immense pleasure to share that four of the players have been trained at the Madhya Pradesh Women’s Hockey Academy! I extend my warm wishes to (state) Sports Minister Yashodhara Raje Scindia and Director Pawan Jain for nurturing them,” the veteran leader enthusiastically conveyed via social media.
