Mohanlal is on a roll. After taking a couple of weeks off, the superstar is back to action and has announced his next film titled ‘Monster’. The Complete Actor is reuniting with the ‘Pulimurugan’ team for the upcoming film.
‘Monster’ is helmed by Vysakh, the filmmaker who had previously directed Mohanlal for the blockbuster ‘Pulimurugan’. Uday Krishna, who had scripted ‘Pulimurugan’ has roped in as the screenwriter for the upcoming film.
Mohanlal launched the first look poster of the film, wherein the star is seen decked up in smart casuals and a turban-clad avatar, holding a gun. He will be essaying the role of Lucky Singh in the film. The first look poster looks promising and ‘Monster’ will go on floors today.

Mohanlal’s association with the ‘Pulimurugan’ team has elated the cinephiles, and are in high hopes for the upcoming film.
Going by the first look, it can be assumed that Mohanlal’s character Lucky Singh might be a cop or a special investigations officer, however, the team has kept other details regarding the film under wraps.
On the technical front, Satheesh Kurup is the cinematographer and Shameer Muhammed is the editor. Deepak Dev is composing the music, while Madhu Vasudevan has roped in as the lyricist. Shajie Naduvil is in charge of the art department and Stunt Silva is the action choreographer. Jithesh Poyya is the makeup artist for ‘Monster’. Sujith Sudhakaran will be designing the costumes for the film.
