Masala Pasta Recipe

Preparation time : 15 minutes
Cooking time : 20-25 minutes
Servings : 2

2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
3-4 cloves Garlic – crushed
1 medium Onion – diced
½ medium Carrot – diced
½ medium Capsicum – diced
½ medium Red Bell Pepper – diced
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Degi Red Chilli Powder
¼ tsp Coriander Powder
Salt to taste
1 heaped tbsp Butter
1 cup Pasta (Any type)
¼ cup Sweet Corn Kernels
2-3 tbsp Corn-starch Slurry
⅓ cup Processed Cheese – grated
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves – chopped

In a kadai heat oil and add cumin seeds, garlic, onion then saute it a minute.
Now add carrot, capsicum, red bell pepper and saute for a minute on medium heat.
Then add the turmeric powder, degi red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, butter and saute until fragrant.
Add water, pasta, sweet corn kernels then cover and cook until then pasta is cooking properly.
Remove the lid and add some water, corn-starch slurry and cook it properly.
Switch off the flames and add grated cheese, chopped coriander leaves and mix everything once again.
Remove in a serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
