Manju Warrier’s ‘Ayisha’ First Schedule Packed Up In UAE

The team of the upcoming Manju Warrier starrer film ‘Ayisha’ has wrapped up its 40 days filming schedule in UAE and as per the reports, the rest of the portion of the film will be shot in Mumbai and Kerala.

The makers of ‘Ayisha’ took to their official Instagram page and shared a picture with the whole crew. Sharing the picture, the makers penned a note that read, “The first schedule shoot of ‘Ayisha’ has wrapped up in UAE.” Reportedly, the team has returned to India to film the rest of the portions.

According to the sources, 90 percent of the film is shot extensively in Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah and the filming was going in full swing for the past two weeks. The first schedule shoot wrap-up of the film was announced officially by the makers via their official Instagram handle.

Earlier, during an interview with an online media, the director Aamir Pallikkal opened up on the film by saying that the majority of the film’s story is set in the UAE, and the rest of the portions are planning to be shot in Mumbai and Kerala. The director also said that the film will have a good mix of Malayali and Arab talents.

‘Ayisha’ is set to be released in multiple languages including Malayalam and Arabic. Previously the makers unveiled a new poster for the film and Manju Warrier shared the poster via her official Instagram handle with a note that read, “Introducing you to AYISHA!!! Probably the first-ever commercial film in Malayalam and Arabic languages! Looking forward to having this exciting journey with @aamir_pallikal @zakariyaedayur and the entire super cool team! Stay tuned for more updates!”

The script of ‘Ayisha’ is penned down by the writer Ashif Kakkodi who is best known for being the co-scenarist of the film ‘Halal Love Story’ and the upcoming film ‘Momo in Dubai’.

‘Ayisha’ will see the Tamil actor-choreographer Prabhu Deva helming the dance choreography department after a long gap in the Malayalam film industry.

M Jayachandran is in charge of the music department of the film and the editing section will be handled by Appu N Bhattathiri. Vishnu Sharma will crank the lens for ‘Ayisha’ and the project is backed by the director Zakriya.

Apart from Manju Warrier, the Malayalam actress Radhika will be also seen playing a pivotal role in ‘Ayisha’.

Meanwhile, Manju Warrier has a list of several highly anticipated projects in the pipeline that includes, ‘Jack N Jill’, ‘2403 ft.’, ‘Mary Awas Suno’, ‘Lalitham Sundaram’, and ‘Vellarikka Pattanam’.
