The highly awaited Sriimurali starrer ‘Madhagaja’ is all set to begin “roaring” from the 3rd of December as the film finally gets a release date. The makers had unveiled the video version of the film’s title track only a couple of days to great reception on the internet and now seem well on course for a massive theatrical release on the 3rd of December.
The title track of ‘Madhagaja’ has been composed by Ravi Basrur with lyrics penned by Kinnal Raj and Santhosh Venky lending his powerful voice to it. The same trio has previously collaborated on ‘K.G.F: Chapter 1’.
As far as the release is concerned, the latest reports suggest that the makers have grand plans for the film and intend on releasing it across 1500 screens and will be simultaneously coming out in Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil. Speaking to an online portal, director S. Mahesh has stated that ‘Madhagaja’ has been equally in demand among both theatrical distributors and TV channels with the satellite already being sold for a whopping price. Umapathy Srinivas Gowda, whose most recent release ‘Roberrt’ too proved to be a major success, serves as the producer of ‘Madhagaja’.
For all the Sriimurali fans who had held their breaths for so long, the news of the release will come as a major respite. The film has garnered a lot of positive reception right from the time of its first teaser, mainly owing to Sriimurali’s menacing avatar which resembles his role in ‘Ugramm’. Jagapathi Babu plays the antagonist in the film while Ashika Ranganath stars as the female lead.
