Chicken Cutlet Recipe

Preparation time : 15 minutes
Cooking time : 20-25 minutes
Servings : 2

Ingredients
500 gm Chicken Mince
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
2-3 fresh Green Chillies – chopped
Salt to taste
1 tsp Degi Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Cumin Powder
¼ tsp Coriander Powder
¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder
½ tsp Mustard Oil
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves – chopped
½ medium Lemon Juice
2 tbsp fresh Bread Crumbs
Refined Flour for coating
Egg for coating
fresh Bread Crumbs for coating
Oil for frying

For Fresh Salad
1 medium Potato – boiled & cubed
1 fresh Green Chilli -‌ chopped
1 tbsp Mustard Paste
Salt to taste
few Coriander Leaves – roughly tron
1 medium Tomato – cubes
½ medium Lemon Juice

Process
In a bowl add chicken mince, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, salt, degi red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, mustard oil, coriander leaves, lemon juice, fresh bread crumbs and mix everything properly.
Take a portion of the mixture and shape it to your preference.
Now first apply the refined flour then the egg and in the end in bread crumbs and coat it properly.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlet in medium hot oil until golden brown and crispy from both sides.
Remove and rest for 3-4 minutes and serve with fresh salad.

For Fresh Salad
In a bowl add boiled potato, green chillies, mustard paste, salt, coriander leaves, tomato, lemon juice and mix everything together. Keep aside for further use.
