Bangladesh launches first-ever Japan-funded METRO RAIL service in Dhaka

Dhaka:  Bangladesh on Wednesday launched its initial city rail solution with Japanese assistance to ease commuting in the resources Dhaka, one of one of the most stuffed cities on the planet.

Head Of State Sheikh Hasina ushered in the service accompanied by newly-appointed Japanese Ambassador Kiminori Iwama and Ichiguchi Tomohide, the chief agent of Japan International Collaboration Firm (JICA), which moneyed the task.

Opening the first trip of the Mass-Transit Rail service, Head of state Hasina stated, “I say thanks to everyone for this accomplishment … this metro rail is also an additional matter of satisfaction for us.” She said that the first stage of the metro rail was inaugurated on Tuesday et cetera would certainly be opened soon and “some 5.60 million people will certainly use the trains everyday when all the metro lines go into operation in 2030”.
