KGF star Yash has been touring different cities to promote his upcoming film. Recently, he was in Andhra Pradesh for the press meet of KGF: Chapter 2. At the event, Yash apologised to the reporters for making them wait for over an hour. He said that he didn’t know that the event was supposed to start at 11 am and wholeheartedly apologised for keeping them waiting.
Yash’s KGF: Chapter 2, directed by Prashanth Neel, is all set to hit the theatres on April 14. The film will clash with director SS Rajamouli’s RRR and Thalapathy Vijay’s Beast at the box office. Ahead of the release, Yash has been visiting Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Tirupati and Hyderabad for the promotion of KGF: Chapter 2.
At a Telugu press meet of KGF: Chapter 2, a reporter asked why they were made to wait for one and a half hours. Yash wholeheartedly apologised to everyone for keeping them waiting. He said, “Extremely sorry sir. I didn’t know. I’ve been going wherever I am asked to. Even if the show is delayed for 10 minutes, I am sorry. I came to know about this delay only after you raised it. I understand the value of time. Since we are taking private jets, there are delays for the take-off and landing. I am extremely sorry for keeping you all waiting.”
Directed by Prashanth Neel, KGF: Chapter 2 follows the story of Rocky and his rise as a saviour of the masses. However, the government sees him as a major threat. The film features Yash as Rocky, Sanjay Dutt as Adheera, Raveena Tandon as Ramika Sen and Srinidhi Shetty as Reena. Malavika Avinash, Achyuth Kumar, Prakash Raj and Anant Nag are part of the supporting cast.
