Gandhinagar (Gujarat) [India]: Gujarat saw a voter turnout of 19.17 per cent till 11 am in the continuous 2nd phase of the state Assembly elections on Monday.
The voting started at 8 am today. The ballot percent went to 4.75 per cent till 9 am.
