Actor Bharath Bopanna will soon be back on the silver screen with Vijayanand and his look has been revealed with a video which gives a peek into his character.
Bharath Bopanna says, “I am playing the role of Anand Sankeshwar, son of Vijay Sankeswhar. I will sport a clean-shaven look in the movie. During the muhurtha, Vijay Sankeshwar’s wife and other family members came to me and said I look like the real Anand which I thought was a great compliment. It is not only the look, but how I perform Anand’s character that matters most. The good thing is Anand is the producer and I have interacted with him to fit into the character,” he says.
The movie, directed by Rishika Sharma, marks her comeback to Sandalwood after a long break.
Vijayanand is based on the life of industrialist Vijay Sankeshwar. The movie sees Nihal playing the role of Vijay Sankeshwar. veteran actor Anant Nag essaying the role of Vijay Sankeswhar’s father. Actor Shine Shetty is the antagonist while Archana Kottige has a significant role.
