Veg Lollipop Recipe

Crispy, crunchy, and a perfect party snacker! Treat yourself with this delicious Veg Lollipop!

In a pan hot pan, add

OIL 1 TBSP
GINGER 1 TSP (CHOPPED)
GARLIC 1 TBSP (CHOPPED)
GREEN CHILLI 2 NOS. (CHOPPED)

Stir & cook the hinge & garlic over high flame for 1 min.

Further add

CARROT 1/3 CUP (CHOPPED)
FRENCH BEANS 1/3 CUP (CHOPPED)
GREEN PEAS 1/3 CUP (BOILED)
SWEET CORN 1/3 CUP (BOILED)
CAPSICUM 1/3 CUP (CHOPPED)

Stir & cook over high flame for 2-3 minute then transfer the veggies in a bowl & cool them down completely.

Further in a large bowl add

POTATO 4-5 MEDIUM SIZED (BOILED & GRATED)
SAUTEED VEGGIES
KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TBSP
CORIANDER POWDER 1 TBSP
CUMIN POWDER 1 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER 1/4 TSP
BLACK SALT A PINCH
DRY MANGO POWDER 1 TSP
GARAM MASALA 1 TSP
KASURI METHI 1/2 TSP
FRESH CORIANDER 1 TBSP (CHOPPED)
MINT 1 TBSP (CHOPPED)
SALT TO TASTE
BLACK PEPPER POWDER A PINCH

Mix well & combine the mixture using your hands.

Further take a spoonful of the mixture & place an icecream stick in the, shape the mixture into a lollipop.

Shape all the lollipops similarly.

To make the slurry add

REFINED FLOUR 1/4 CUP
SALT A PINCH
WATER AS REQUIRED

In a bowl & stir to make a medium thick slurry.

Add PANKO BREAD CRUMBS in a seperate bowl & season it with salt & pepper.

Dip the lollipop in slurry then coat it with bread crumbs.

Coat all the lollipops similarly.

Fry the lollipops in moderately hot oil(175 C) over medium heat until crisp & golden brown

Your veg lollipops are ready.
