Sridhar Shastri, who was spotted in the short film Unlock that had won some rave reviews from film buffs when he had released the film, is making his directorial debut in a full length feature with this film. Sridhar Shastri is also responsible for the story and screenplay of this new film Tenant.
Dharma Keerthiraj, Tilak Shekhar, Sonu Gowda, Rakesh Maiya, Ugram Manju are the actors in the film which is a ricme thriller which takes place during the lockdown. The story is about the situation between the tenant and the owner of a house. The cast and crew are elated to embark on this new journey, where they will work on this thriller in a start to finish schedule mostly. The team is planning on making this film on a modest budget, where they want to ensure the content stands out, as opposed to lavish or flamboyant making taking precedence over the story.
The film team has got a competent technical team to ensure they stand out in this film that has a gripping narrative that needs to depend heavily on the making style.
