Kabul [Afghanistan]: Key Taliban leader S Haqqani on Monday said that his outfit, which currently rules Afghanistan, seeks “good relations with the United States and the international neighborhood.”
Haqqani, that is likewise serving as the “Preacher” in Taliban regimen, which took control of Kabul in August in 2014, made the comments in a interview to CNN.
Responding to an inquiry on whether his outfit still thinks about US as the opponent, claimed that they do not “take a look at them (US) as opponents” and also are devoted to the Doha arrangement, and want relationships with the US based on principles as well as polite norms, Tolo News reported.

Haqqani also talked about the continuous civils rights issues in Afghanistan consisting of females’s education stating that “great information” will be read about the education and learning of ladies soon as government is trying to resolve a middle path .
” Most of us believe that education and learning has been developed as a true blessing from God, which has been made vital to both men and women. As I mentioned previously, there is no one that is opposed to education and learning,” Haqqani claimed.
