Taliban discuss land survey for cross-border railway with Uzbekistan, Afghanistan and Pakistan

Kabul [Afghanistan] (ANI): Taliban government has discussed a land survey for a railway project among Uzbekistan, Afghanistan and Pakistan at a cabinet meeting, Xinhua News Agency reported citing Afghan media on Tuesday.Afghanistan’s acting Prime Minister Mohammad Hassan Akhund chaired the cabinet meeting, the news agency said. IRCTC restores catering services in premium trains

New Delhi [India] : In a significant step towards the restoration of passenger services, the Indian Railways now decided to serve freshly cooked food in Rajdhani, Shatabdi, Duronto, Vande Bharat, Tejas, and Gatiman Express trains.In this regard, an order already has been issued to all concerned departments and stakeholders. The order said that the matter has been examined and it has been decided to resume cooked foods in trains.According to this order, Zonal Railways will verify the catering charges to be realized based on services being provided and the applicable rate list and feed the same in the PRS software for enabling booking/opting out of Catering services, from ARP date, at the time of booking of tickets.“Presently, it will be applicable for only Rajdhani, Shatabdi, Duronto, Vande Bharat, Tejas and Gatiman category of trains. New Delhi [India]: Southern railway and south-central railway have notified for diversion of trains due to overflowing of water above the danger level at Bridge in Tada-Sullurupeta Section of Chennai Central division.According to the press release from South Western Railway, the diversion was made in the following routes. ‘Sri Ramayana Yatra’ commences

New Delhi [India]: The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC)’s ‘Shri Ramayana Yatra’ train on the Ramayana circuit commenced from Delhi’s Safdarjung railway station on Sunday.Informing about the same, Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya took to Twitter and said, “Indian Railways will run Ramayana circuit train from today to visit all the important religious places related to Lord Shri Ram.
