Kulgam: 2 laborers from Bihar shot dead by terrorists; civilian killings at 11

According to officials, the gunmen entered the rented accommodation of the labourers and fired on them indiscriminately at the Wanpoh area of Kulgam district. At least two civilians (non-local labourers) were killed and another injured by terrorists in Kulgam district of South Kashmir, prompting the police to direct that all non-resident labourers in the Valley be brought to nearest security camps “immediately” for safety, officials said on Sunday. This is the third attack on non-local workers in less than 24 hours and is the latest in a series of shootings targeting civilians in recent weeks. Three non-Kashmiri workers shot dead by terrorists in J-K’s Kulgam

Kulgam (Jammu and Kashmir) [India] : Three non-Kashmiri labourers who were fired upon by terrorists in Kulgam district of Jammu and Kashmir are residents of Bihar, said the Crime Investigation Department (CID) sources.Terrorists fired indiscriminately upon non-local labourers at Wanpoh area of Kulgam. In this terror incident, 2 non-locals were killed and 1 injured,” J-K police said. J&K: Three LeT terrorists killed

According to Police, three terrorists were killed in the ensuing encounter and their bodies were retrieved from the site of the encounter. Three terrorists affiliated with terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) were killed in an encounter in Kulgam on Wednesday. “Acting on specific information about the presence of terrorists, a joint cordon and search operation was launched by Kulgam Police, 18Bn CRPF and 09RR in Chimmer area of Kulgam. During the search operation as the presence of terrorists got ascertained they were repeatedly appealed to surrender, however, they fired indiscriminately upon the joint search parties in which two Army soldiers got injured and airlifted to Srinagar based Army hospital.
