‘Vikrant Rona’ is easily one of the biggest films currently in the offing as far as the Kannada Film Industry is concerned. Rendered in 3-D, the Anup Bhandari project is being touted as a grand visual spectacle and the entire team has striven hard all along to ensure the best of quality. And with Kiccha Sudeep as the face of it, fans have held their breath to watch the film on the big screen as the countdown to the release begins.
In this vein, actor Sudeep has sent across a timely update to the same fans regarding the dubbing process of the film. Having already completed dubbing for the Kannada version, Sudeep has stated that he’ll resume dubbing for the other languages as soon as he’s back from Dubai. Sudeep, as many would already be aware, is currently holidaying in Dubai along with his family and is enjoying his time off while soaking up the IPL fever.
‘Vikrant Rona’ is slated to release in 14 different languages and Sudeep, thanks to his proficiency in many Indian languages, is expected to voice his character in a number of them.
The city of Dubai, on the other hand, has been quite special for the entire team (Sudeep, especially) as ‘Vikrant Rona’ became the first-ever film to have its teaser projected on the mighty Burj Khalifa. Earlier this year, the core team flew down to Dubai to commemorate Sudeep’s 25th anniversary as an actor and release a special tribute teaser amidst a massive crowd.
As far as the making of Vikrant Rona is concerned, director Anup Bhandari & Co. are currently engrossed in wrapping up the extensive post-production work of the film and are expected to announce the release date at the earliest. Along with Sudeep, Nirup Bhandari and Neetha Ashok (debutant) are also part of the principal cast while Bollywood starlet Jacqueline Fernandez plays a special role in the film.
