Sri Lankan cabinet passes Amendment to reduce powers of President

Colombo [Sri Lanka]: Aiming to reduce powers of Head of state Gotabaya Rajapaksa, the Sri Lankan Closet on Monday passed the 21st Modification to its Constitution.
