Actors, technicians and producers from the Sandalwood industry will gather at Palace grounds on November 16 to pay tribute to late actor Puneeth Rajkumar in an event called Puneeth Namana.
The event will begin at 3pm on November 16. Producer and former president of Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce, Sa Ra Govindu says, “Only people related to the Sandalwood industry will be allowed to attend the event. I request fans to stay away from the event and watch it on television as it will be telecast live.” The untimely death of Puneeth Rajkumar on Friday morning has come as a shock for the entire Sandalwood.
Fans are making a beeline to Kanteerava Studios to pay tribute to Puneeth Rajkumar from today. The Kanteerava Studios is now open for the public to view Puneeth Rajkumar samadhi who was laid to rest beside his mother. The family conducted Haalu Thuppa ceremony on Tuesday which was attended by Puneeth’s wife Ashwini, daughters Drithi and Vanditha Rajkumar, brothers Raghavendra Rajkumar, Shivarajkumar, Vinay Rajkumar, Yuva Rajkumar and others family members.
