Actress Samantha was reportedly hospitalised in Hyderabad yesterday after visiting places like Tirupati and Kadapa on Sunday. But in reality, it seems like she had a slight cough and underwent some tests yesterday at the AIG Hospitals in Hyderabad. Samantha is apparently back home and is taking rest and her manager Mahendra had cleared the rumours about the actress’ hospitalization.
Samantha’s manager shared a statement regarding her health. Her publicist, Vamsi Shekar, wrote, “Samantha is completely healthy. She developed a slight cough and underwent some tests yesterday at the AIG Hospitals in Hyderabad. She is currently taking rest at her home. Do not believe in rumours. Samantha is completely fine.”

Samantha went to Kadapa on Sunday for the opening of a shopping mall. After the event, Samantha visited the big dargah in Kadapa and presented the chador. Before that, Samantha also went to Tirupati Lord Venkateshwara temple for darshan.
While the talented actress is recovering, she is awaiting the release of director Vignesh Shivan’s ‘Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal’ also starring Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara in Tamil. She recently also started shooting for her pan-India film titled ‘Yashoda’, directed by Hari and Hareesh.
