Ever since Samantha and Naga Chaitanya announced their separation on October 2, they have been the talk of the town. In a recent interview, Samantha revealed that she had spoken enough about their divorce and that she was now done talking about it. A few days after they made the announcement, Samantha broke the silence about rumours of her having extra-marital affairs and abortions.
Naga Chaitanya and Samantha parted ways as husband and wife, days ahead of their fourth-wedding anniversary. According to reports, they have now filed for divorce by mutual consent and the legal proceedings are currently underway.
In an interview , Samantha revealed that she is done talking about her separation from Naga Chaitanya. She said, “I think I am done speaking about it. It was important to speak about it and I have addressed it but I don’t think it is necessary to keep on repeating that, again and again.”
Samantha and Naga Chaitanya dated for three years and were married for four years before they called it quits. Her father-in-law Nagarjuna called their divorce unfortunate.
Many pointed out that Samantha’s career would end after announcing her divorce. However, she proved the naysayers wrong by signing back-to-back projects. Currently, she is waiting for the releases of Shaakuntalam and Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal.
She signed her first foreign film, Arrangements of Love, and will start shooting for it in August 2022. Meanwhile, Samantha has a Tamil-Telugu bilingual film with director Shanthanruban. She has started shooting for director duo Hari and Hareesh’s Yashoda.
