Mumbai, Aug 12: The Rupee on Thursday smartly recovered by 15 paise at 74.28 against US Dollar in opening session on selling of US Dollar by bankers and exporters, dealers at the Forex Market said.
The local unit jumped owing to weak dollar against other world currencies amid rebound opening in stock market.
The Rupee registered days high and low at 74. 34 and 74.25 respectively.
