Director SS Rajamouli’s RRR, starring Jr NTR and Ram Charan, has finally been released and fans cannot keep calm. The much-awaited film, also starring Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn has opened to a great response at the box office. While in India the film collected Rs 18 crore on the first day, RRR is also doing extremely well in the US.
RRR is roaring at the box office and how! The film’s Hindi version, according to trade analyst Ramesh Bala has minted Rs 18 crore on the first day.
In Telugu states, the film has broken all records and has earned more than Rs 100 crore.
According to report, the film has crossed Rs 200 crore mark, already!
RRR is a fictional story based on the lives of Telugu freedom fighters, Alluri Seetharama Raju and Komaram Bheem. The film will see Ram Charan playing the role of Alluri Seetharama Raju and Jr NTR as Komaram Bheem. RRR is produced on a massive budget of Rs 450 crore by DVV Danayya. Alia Bhatt, Samuthirakani, Ajay Devgn, Ray Stevenson, Alison Doody and Olivia Morris will be seen in pivotal roles.
