Ranbir Kapoor is back on the dance floor with a beautiful Shraddha Kapoor in a yellow saree for the cutting-edge track of Luv Ranjan’s Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar. Titled Show Me The Thumka, the peppy dance was on Tuesday and saw each of the actors in a desi avatar as they tried to outdo one another with their dance actions in a vast open courtyard of a residence.
After Tere Pyaar Mein and Pyaar Hota Kai Baar Hai, the third track of the album scored by Pritam, sees Ranbir in his romantic hero avatar as he dons a shiny blue kurta and indicates his easy desi actions at the dance ground.
Meanwhile, Shraddha appears lovely in a yellow sari as she gives Ranbir formidable opposition. In the song, each of them attempts to expose the dance moves of their extended family of boys and ladies one by one.
As Ranbir says, “By god tu lagti hai jaise, Swimming pool mei, Phool kamal ka, (You look like a lotus in the swimming pool)” in the beginning to Shraddha, she later hits him back with a line that says, “Chal dikha zara, Jo tera dance move hai, Kaahe ka attitude hai, Swag ye jhooth moot hai. (Show me your dance moves, for which you hold such fake attitude)”
Sung by Sunidhi Chauhan & Shashwat Singh, and penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya, Show Me The Thumka is choreographed by Ganesh Acharya and has a few modern dance movements in which Ranbir may be visible swirling Shraddha on his knees. Actor Dimple Kapadia additionally makes an appearance within the tune.
Ranbir’s dance and romantic avatar in this song are much like Dilli Waali Girlfriend from Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani.
Ranbir might be visible opposite Shraddha Kapoor for the primary time in Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar. It will release on March eight, 2023. Ranbir was seen in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra, which became the most important hit of 2022. On the other hand, Shraddha was visible in Varun Dhawan’s Bhediya with a unique look.
