‘Radhe Shyam’ Release Postponed Due To Ongoing Covid Situation

‘Baahubali’ actor Prabhas’ upcoming film ‘Radhe Shyam’, which was slated to hit the screen on January 14, 2022, has now been postponed due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation in the country. After the makers of director SS Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’ starring Jr NTR and Ram Charan had postponed the film’s release a few days ago, the makers of ‘Radhe Shyam’ too have decided to back out from their scheduled release.

The official statement read, “We have been trying our best for the past few days, but considering the growing cases of Omicron variant, it looks like we will have to wait for our labour of love to get to the big screens. Radhe Shyam is a story about love vs destiny and we are sure that our love will help us rise over these tough times together. We will see you in the cinemas soon!!!”

Produced by UV Creations and directed by Radha Krishna Kumar, ‘Radhe Shyam’ has Bhagyashree, Murli Sharma, Sachin Khedekar, Priyadarshi, Sathyan playing important roles. Justin Prabhakaran has scored the music for Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam versions of the film.
