Prithviraj Sukumaran is currently shooting for his second directorial ‘Bro Daddy’ in Telangana. Mohanlal is playing the lead and guess what? Prithviraj Sukumaran is not only directing his favourite actor Mohanlal but also his own dear mom Mallika Sukumaran! He was thrilled to direct his mom and also shared a few glimpses from the set.

Mallika Sukumaran is one of the veteran actors in M-Town. She has begun her career in cinema in the mid-1970s. The mother-son duo has shared the screen in many movies, but ‘Bro Daddy’ marks their first association, where the son is donning the director’s cap!
‘Bro Daddy’ helmed by Prithviraj Sukumaran is touted to be a fun family drama. The film will feature Mohanlal, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Kalyani Priyadarshan, Meena, Lalu Alex, Murali Gopy, Kaniha, and Soubin Shahir in major roles. While announcing the film Prithviraj had shared that, ‘Bro Daddy’ is “A script, that we hope will become a film that makes you smile, laugh, and want to revisit. I guess it’s about time we all got a happy film.”
Sreejith N and Bibin Maliekal have scripted the film. Abhinandan Ramanujam is the cinematographer and Deepak Dev is composing the music. Akhilesh Mohan is the editor, while Gokul Das has roped in as the art director.
