Paneer Samosa Recipe

Ingredients

Whole wheat flour – 1/2 cup Flour/Maida – 1/2 cup Salt to taste Ajwain/Carom seeds – 1 tsp Ghee – 2 tbsp Lukewarm Water – ½ cup Fresh Paneer – 1/2 cup Boiled Potato – ½ cup Boiled green peas – 1/4 cup Finely chopped Onions – 1/4 cup Grated ginger – ½ tsp Chilli Flakes – ½ tsp (optional) Grated cheese – 1/4 cup Oil for deep frying

Method 

-In a bowl, add flour, salt, ajwain, ghee & mix till you get a crumbly texture.

-Add water little at a time & make a firm dough. Cover & rest for 25-30 mins.

-For the stuffing, in a deep bowl, crumble the paneer, mashed green peas, potatoes, onions, ginger, chilli flakes, salt, pepper, cheese & give everything a good mix until well combined.

-Now take the dough & knead again for a minute or two. -Make small roundels of the dough.

-Shape the samosas, add the filling & then seal the edges with water as shown in the video.

-Deep fry the samosas on a medium flame until they turn golden & crisp.

-Serve hot with the dip of your choice.
