P V Sindhu wins Singapore Open

New Delhi [India]: President Ram Nath Kovind congratulated ace Indian shuttler PV Sindhu after she clinched the Singapore Open 2022 title on Sunday.

Indian ace shuttler as well as Olympic medalist PV Sindhu secured the Singapore Open 2022 title after beating China’s Wang Zhiyi in the final of the ladies’s singles group.

Playing on court 1, Sindhu won the summit clash by 21-9, 11-21, 21-15. She was off to a great begin, winning the very first video game by a thumping margin. PV Sindhu progressed to the top clash of the females’s singles category of the Singapore Open 2022 by beating Japan’s Saena Kawakami in the semifinals below in Singapore on Saturday.
