Official language Hindi unites nation in thread of unity, says Home Minister Amit Shah

New Delhi [India]: As the country observed Hindi Diwas on Wednesday, Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah stated Hindi is the close friend of all Indian languages and it “unifies the whole country in a thread of unity” as an official language.
The minister took to the micro-blogging site Twitter to share his sights at the event and made it clear that the Head of state Narendra Modi-led government is dedicated for the “identical development” of all neighborhood languages including Hindi. “Authorities language Hindi joins the nation in the thread of unity. Hindi is a good friend of all Indian languages. Modi’s federal government is devoted for the parallel development of all neighborhood languages including Hindi. I praise the terrific characters that have actually added in the conservation and also promotion of Hindi. Happy ‘Hindi Diwas’ to all,” Shah tweeted in Hindi.
The Minister’s views came hours before taking part in the 2nd All India Official Language Seminar organized on the occasion of Hindi Diwas in Surat.
Every year Hindi Diwas is observed on September 14. The day is committed to the Hindi language after it was introduced as the main language of the Union of India.
Jawaharlal Nehru, the initial Head of state of India, had actually officially stated September 14 as the Hindi Diwas.
