Here’s big news for Nandamuri Balakrishna fans. The actor’s 107th film went on to the floors on Saturday (November 13) with a customary pooja. Directed by Gopichand Malineni and produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the film will also star Shruti Haasan in the female lead role.
The pictures from the ceremony of ‘NBK 107’ are creating a buzz on social media. The shooting of the film is scheduled to begin soon. Director VV Vinayak sounded the clapboard to mark the beginning of the film. Boyapati Sreenu switched on the camera, while the team of directors including Bobby, Buchi Babu Sana, and Koratala Siva handed over the script of the film to Gopichand.
The makers of the film took to social media and announced that the film has been launched today with a formal pooja ceremony in Hyderabad. The cast and crew including Balakrishna, Shruti Haasan others attended the event. Sharing the news, the makers wrote, ”#NBK107 kicks off on an auspicious note with Pooja Event. To share the happy news with his fans, Gopichand Malineni took to his social media handle and wrote, ”Our ROARING Film #NBK107 has been launched Today! Extremely thrilled & Excited to move to the sets.. with the LION, #GodOfMasses & our ‘Natasimham’ #NandamuriBalakrishna Gaaru! Will try to present #NBK Gaaru in best possible Avatar! #NBK107Begins.”
Thaman S has been roped in to compose the music for this flick. Well, the makers are yet to announce the rest of the cast and crew members. The film marks the first collaboration between Balakrishna and director Gopichand. Balakrishna recently wrapped up shooting for ‘Akhanda,’ directed by Boyapati Sreenu.
