Mix Fruit Icecream Recipe

Ingredients
For Condensed Milk
1 cup Milk,
1 cup Sugar,
2 cups Milk powder,
A pinch of baking soda,

For Dry Fruit Ice Cream
7-8 Almonds, chopped,
7-8 Cashewnut, chopped,
8-10 Raisins, chopped,
A pinch of salt,

Other Ingredients
1 cup Whipping cream,
3 cups whipping cream (unwhipped)
Or
2 cups Condensed milk,
6 cups Whipped cream,

For Garnish
Chocolate syrup,
Rose syrup,
Parle G biscuit, crushed,
fresh Mint leaves,

Process
For Condensed Milk
In a sauce pot, add milk, sugar and mix it well. Cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.
In a bowl mix milk powder, baking soda and then transfer this mixture into the sauce pot.
Keep stirring continuously on medium flame. The mixture will start to thicken slightly.
After 3 minutes, the mixture will turn into a frothy and silky smooth texture.
Now turn off the flame and let it cool completely. make sure to turn off the flame when the mixture is slightly Thin. as it thickens once cooled completely.

For Dry Fruit Ice Cream
In a pan, add almonds, cashew nuts and a pinch of salt slightly roast on medium flame.
Take chilled whipping cream in a bowl, whisk it nicely for about 10 mins or until soft picks.
In a large bowl, mixed prepared condensed milk and whipped cream together mix it well.
Now, add chopped dry fruits and mix it properly then transfer it to a container and freeze it for 4-6 hrs or until it sets.
In a serving bowl, scoop it with a scooper and garnished with chocolate syrup, rose syrup, crushed parle g and fresh mint leaves.
Serve chilled.
