Masala Omelette With Potato Fries Recipe

Ingredients
For Aloo Bhujia
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 inch Ginger – chopped
2-3 Garlic – chopped
2-3 medium Potatoes – julienned
Salt to taste
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
3 fresh Green Chillies – chopped
Water

For Masala Omelet
1 tbsp Butter
1 small Onion – chopped
1 fresh Green Chillies – chopped
Salt to taste
½ small Tomato – chopped
2 Eggs
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves – chopped

For Charred Tomato
½ tbsp Oil
½ medium Tomato – cut in half
Salt to taste

For Garnish
Fresh Coriander Leaves

Process
For Aloo Bhujia
In a kadai heat oil, add cumin seeds and let it splutter.
Add ginger, garlic and saute on medium flame.
Add potatoes, salt to taste, turmeric powder and saute well.
Add green chilli, cover it with the lid and cook on medium flame.
Onces it’s cooked, transfer it into a serving dish with masala omelet and charred tomato.
Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.

For Masala Omelet
In a bowl, break two eggs and beat it properly.
Add coriander leaves and mix it well.
In a pan, add butter, onion, green chilli and saute it well.
Add tomatoes and transfer the beaten eggs into the pan mix well.
Cook on medium flame from both the sides.

For Charred Tomato
Cut the tomato into half season it with salt on top of it.
In a pan, add oil, place the season tomato into the pan and cook until it’s brown in color.
