Washington [US]: Hollywood megastar Margot Robbie sooner or later broke her silence over Lady Gaga portraying Harley Quin in ‘Joker 2’. The ‘Birds of Prey’ celebrity is reportedly very enthusiastic about Lady Gaga taking over the position of Harley Quinn in the upcoming ‘Joker’ sequel, officially titled ‘Joker: Folie a Deux.’
According to Variety, in the first ‘Joker’ movie, Joaquin Phoenix, who acquired an Oscar for gambling the role, will co-megastar with Lady Gaga. Warner Bros. And Gaga have not officially found out what individual she’s portraying, regardless of speculations that the singer is playing Harley Quinn. In ‘Suicide Squad’ and ‘Birds of Prey’ and ‘The Suicide Squad,’ Robbie played Harley in the stay-motion version that first appeared on film. “It makes me so happy because I stated from the very start that each one I want is for Harley Quinn to be one of those characters the way…Like Macbeth or Batman usually gets exceeded from extremely good actor to first-rate actor,” Robbie told MTV News in a video interview. “Someone receives to do their Batman, or a person gets to do their Macbeth.”
Robbie endured, “I experience like, in not so many cases, are there girl characters – Queen Elizabeth I, however past that, which I was given to have a crack out as properly, which I was commemorated to do. I became like, ‘Wow! Cate Blanchett did Queen Elizabeth I. Now I get to.’ It’s such an honor to have constructed a foundation sturdy enough that Harley can now be one of these characters that different actors get to have a go at playing. And I think she’ll do something tremendous with it.”
According to Variety, in ‘Joker: Folie a Deux,’ returning star Zazie Beetz will be joined by newbies Brendan Gleeson, Catherine Keener, and Jacob Lofland. They will all be starring contrary Gaga and Phoenix.
