‘Ayisha’ is an upcoming Indo-Arab film with the actress Manju Warrier essaying a major female lead and is directed by the debutant Aamir Pallikal. Recently the actress Manju Warrier took to her official Instagram handle to announce that the film has started rolling in Ras Al Khaimah, the northernmost emirate of the United Arab Emirates.
Sharing a picture with the team of the upcoming movie ‘Ayisha’, actress Manju Warrier penned a note that read, “Ayisha starts rolling. Directed by Aamir Pallikal.” The film is bankrolled by Zakariya who is best known for directing the films ‘Sudani From Nigeria’ and ‘Halal Love Story’.
As per the reports, actress Manju Warrier will be playing the titular role in the movie which is touted as a family drama. The story of the film ‘Ayisha’ is written by Ashif Kakkodi who has scripted the film ‘Halal Love Story’. The reports also suggest that the entire film will be shot in the middle east and the film will release in Malayalam, English, Arabic, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada languages.
Appu N. Bhattathiri will be handling the editing section of ‘Ayisha’ whereas the cinematography of the film will be helmed by Vishnu Sharma. M Jayachandran will be composing the music for ‘Ayisha’ under the lyrics written by BK Harinarayanan and Suhail Koya.
Actress Manju Warrier has several highly anticipated movies in the pipeline such as the films ‘2403 ft.’, ‘Vellarikka Pattanam’, ‘Lalitham Sundharam’ and ‘Kaapa’.
