Veteran Telugu actor Kota Srinivas Rao took a jibe at Megastar Chiranjeevi and accused him of making large promises for the sake of publicity. At an event organised by the Telugu Film Industry Employees Federation recently, Chiranjeevi had announced that he will build a hospital for film workers. Kota Srinivas Rao, however, said that the Megastar must look to provide employment to struggling workers rather than make tall promises.
Speaking in an interview with a YouTube channel, Rao said, “Chiranjeevi is talking about building a hospital when people are struggling to afford three meals a day. It’s important to provide employment to film workers and show them the way rather than talk about hospitals, which is totally unnecessary. If they have enough money, they can go to any private hospital. The focus should be on improving the overall wellbeing of the workers,” Kota Srinivas Rao added.
