The Kerala Police has issued a lookout circular against Vijay Babu, the producer-actor against whom a sexual assault case was filed recently. The police issued it apparently anticipating him to leave the country.
As per his social media page, he was in Dubai a few days ago, though the police doesn’t consider it as conclusive evidence of his location. He is also likely to move for an anticipatory bail plea in the next few days. The video, in which he named the complainant, stands removed from social media now. When we go to press, the police is also planning to raid his flat in Kochi where the crime was allegedly committed.
