Kangana Ranaut Begins Next Shooting Schedule For ‘Tejas’

Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut who has recently returned to India after filming her upcoming action flick ‘Dhaakad’ in Budapest, is now all set to deep dive into her busy weekend as she resumed the next shooting schedule for ‘Tejas’.

Announcing the same on her Instagram handle, Kangana shared a picture of herself dressed in the uniform of an airforce pilot as per her character in the film with the director Sarvesh Mewara. Sharing the Behind-The-Scene picture, she further wrote, “On to my next mission #Tejas Starting today … Josh is soaring high thanks to my fabulous team.”

Helmed by new director Sarvesh Mewara, ‘Tejas’ portrays a fierce story that revolves around an Indian Air Force pilot, essayed by Kangana Ranaut. The film is backed by the makers of Vicky Kaushal’s Uri: The Surgical Strike.

Talking about the film, Kangana had previously shared in a statement, “Tejas is an exhilarating story where I have the privilege of playing an air force pilot. I am honoured to be a part of a film that celebrates these brave men & women in uniform who make immense sacrifices in the line of duty everyday. Our film celebrates the armed forces and its heroes … Excited to take this journey with Sarvesh and Ronnie.”

Earlier this year, Kangana was spotted shooting for the film in different parts of India, including Delhi, Mumbai and Rajasthan.

Besides ‘Tejas’, Kangana has several other films, including ‘Thalaivi’, ‘Dhaakad’ and ‘Manikarnika Returns: The Legend Of Didda’, in her kitty. She will also be seen essaying the role of former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi for a political drama titled ‘Emergency.’
