Hyderabad (Telangana) [India]: Telangana Cops on Saturday jailed the third implicated in connection with the supposed gang-rape of a teenage girl in Hyderabad’s Jubilee Hills recently.
Until now, three charged consisting of 2 minors have been caught in the Hyderabad rape case. One accused, recognized as Saduddin Malik, was jailed yesterday and the 2nd charged that is a juvenile was held earlier today.
” In continuation of apprehension of implicated Saduddin Malik, two children in conflict with law were collared by Jubilee Hills police today. They are being generated before Juvenile Court for their custody,” authorities claimed.
At The Same Time, Jana Sena Event leaders as well as workers presented a protest at Jubliee Hills Police headquarters requiring justice for the sufferer of the Hyderabad rape instance. They were later restrained.
The 17-year-old lady was supposedly gang-raped when she was returning house after an event in the Jubilee Hills area of Hyderabad on May 28. The issue came to light after the small lady’s daddy submitted an issue to the authorities concerning the occurrence.
On the issue of the lady’s dad, an authorities instance was signed up versus five individuals. The instance has been signed up under Sections 354 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and also Section 9 read with 10 of the Defense of Kid from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
