It is exciting time for film buffs with new relases, movie promotions and shootings happening in full swing after a lull caused by the pandemic and subsequent lockdowns. Now, it’s all back to action with ease in lockdown restrictions. We had earlier reported about Sonia Aggarwal and Vimala Raman teaming up for a horror thriller titled ‘Grandma’. The film, directed by debutant Shijinlal SS, also has Charmila playing a crucial role along with child artiste Pournami Raj.
Sonia Aggarwal is said to be playing the lead role in the film and dons the character of a teacher in it. Now, the first look poster of the film is out and Sonia’s look is revealed.
The first look of the film appears quite an intense one with Sonia walkng with a blood-smeared knife. In the first look poster, she’s seen wearing a tank top and jeans with a coat tied around her wasit.
According to the director the film, it is a horror-movie-cum-survival thriller. While he spoke to us earlier, he mentioned that the film was shot mainly in the hillsides of Kerala. He then told us, “This will not be a routine horror movie. For one, there won’t be comedy, as is usual in our films. We have made a Hollywood-style horror film and visual effects will have importance in this one.” He also added that Sonia would be performing some stunts in the film, especially in the climax of the film.
