Egg Chilli Recipe

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 25-30 minutes
Serving: 2

For Cooking Egg
6-8 whole Egg, अंडे
1 tsp Soy sauce, सोया सॉस
1 tsp Chilli sauce, चिली सॉस
2 tbsp Spring onion, chopped, प्याज़ पत्ता
1 tbsp Oil, तेल

For Sauce Mixture
1.5 tbsp Soy sauce, सोया सॉस
1 tbsp Green chilli sauce, ग्रीन चिली सॉस
1 tsp Vinegar, सिरका
1 tbsp Red chilli sauce, रेड चिली सॉस
½ tsp Sugar, चीनी
1/2 cup water

Other Ingredients For Egg Chilli
2 tbsp Oil, तेल
2-3 Red chilli, chopped, रेड चिली
1 inch Ginger, chopped, अदरक
1 cup medium Red & Green bell pepper, cube, रेड और ग्रीन बैल पेपर
1 medium Onion, cube, प्याज़
Prepared Egg cubes, तैयार किये हुए अंडे के क्यूब
Prepared sauce mixture, तैयार किये हुए सॉस का मिश्रण
Water, पानी
2 tbsp Cornstarch slurry, कॉर्न स्टार्च का लिजाम
2 whole Spring onion, cut into diagonally, प्याज़ पत्ता
1 tbsp Chilli oil or Sesame oil, चिल्ली ऑइल या तिल का तेल

For Garnish
Sesame seeds, तिल
Fresh Coriander leaves, धनिया पत्ता

For Cooking Egg
In a bowl add eggs, soy sauce, chilli sauce, spring onion, oil and mix everything properly.
Grease the pan with oil, pour the egg mixture in the pan and cover it with another hot pan then cook it for 8-10 minutes or until the mixture is cooked completely.
Remove and let it cool down a bit, cut it into cubes and keep aside for future use.

For Sauce Mixture
In a bowl, add soy sauce, green chilli sauce, vinegar, red chilli sauce and sugar mix it well. Keep aside for future use.

Other Ingredients For Egg Chilli
Heat oil in a wok, add ginger, red chilli, onion and saute it well.
Add red and green bell peppers and toss everything well for a minute on high heat.
Now add prepared egg cubes and give it a toss.
Add sauce mixture, little water, cornstarch slurry and mix it well until thicken.
Add spring onion, chilli oil and give it a final toss and garnish it with sesame seeds, coriander leaves and serve hot.
