Mollywood actor attack case concerning the actor Dileep has now taken a new twist as the actor has now put some severe allegations towards his ex-wife Manju Warrier, a DGP-ranking officer, and the survivor announcing that all of them tried to border him. Dileep has now approached the Supreme Court asking them to renew the trial on the actor assault case and whole it as early as possible.
Dileep reportedly submitted a petition earlier than the Supreme Court saying that a small but influential phase inside the film industry is attempting to entice him inside the actress attack case out of private and expert contention. Dileep factors his palms at his ex-spouse Manju Warrier, an excessive-rating police officer who serves as DGP in Kerala police now, accusing them to have been involved in conspiring a plan against him.
Dileep also reportedly accused the survivor inside the actor attack case or even the prosecution of obstructing the trial court from concluding the trial. The actor even alleged that their plan is to extend the case until the judge gets a promotion to the higher court docket. He also alleged that as the media trial is taking region he’s not able to perform his obligations as an actor.
The actor also questioned how the survivor can appear before the media and speak openly about a case that is still under trial. Overall Dileep has made three demands at the Supreme Court, one being seeking SC to instruct the trial court to resume the hearing and conclude it within a fixed time period, and the second one is to direct the trial court that the investigation report which is reportedly dated on July 22, 2022, should not be used in conducting a re-investigation, and the third demand is to pass an order prohibiting the re-examining of witnesses.
Meanwhile, earlier the previous DGP R Sreelekha reportedly opened up via her reliable YouTube pronouncing that Dileep is innocent and some unknown powerful forces are acting from at the back of and looking to trap the actor with the aid of framing him because the wrongdoer inside the actress attack case.
