Acharya, starring Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan in central roles, has sealed its OTT streaming partner. The film hit the silver screens across the globe today, April 29, and an official announcement regarding the OTT release date is expected to be made in the next few weeks. The Koratala Siva-directorial is a special film for Mega family fans as it marks the collaboration of father-son duo Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan.
The post theatrical digital streaming rights of Acharya are acquired by Amazon Prime Video. The Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan-starrer might be made available for streaming on Amazon Prime at least three weeks post its theatrical release. Reports suggest that the film will arrive on Amazon Prime Video in the month of May.
Acharya will be Amazon Prime Video’s next big-league outing in 2022 in the Telugu OTT space after Prabhas and Pooja Hegde starrer-Radhe Shyam. An official communication pertaining to the OTT release date of Acharya is likely to be made in due course.
