Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients

1st marinade:

10 nos           –          Chicken wings

1 nos              –          Lemon

3 grams       –          Salt

5 grams       –          Garlic paste

2nd Marinade:

30 ml            –          BBQ sauce

30 ml            –          Mustard sauce

30 ml            –          Tomato ketchup

10 ml             –          Tabasco sauce

5 grams       –          Salt

2 grams       –          Oregano

2 grams       –          Black pepper

30 ml            –          Oil

Dip:

10 ml             –          Honey

10 grams     –          Mustard

10 grams     –          Mayonnaise

1 nos              –          Lemon juice

2 grams       –          Salt

1 gram          –          Pepper

 

Method

Cut chicken wings into two Make gashes, add salt, lemon juice, garlic paste and leave it for 2 hours

Make a second marinade using all the ingredients and marinate the chicken for 2 more hours Tear silver foil, drizzle some oil and place wings and wrap the foil doing book fold Cook wings on grill for 25 mins

Open silver foil and chargrill wings on flame till it is crisp and juicy

Make dip using honey, mustard, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and serve with wings as a dip!!
