Chicken Noodle Soup is not only a treat for taste buds, but at the same time can work wonders for seasonal ailments like cold and flu. This soupy noodle recipe can be served in kitty parties, buffets and even as an appetizer to your guests in game nights. This is an easy-to-make soup recipe that you can prepare with rice, noodles, chicken breasts, onion, black pepper, and salt. Apart from being scrumptious, it is even good for your health and you can also add vegetables to it to make it healthier. So, here’s an easy recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup fresh noodles
  • 3 small onion
  • salt as required
  • 1 litre water
  • 1 baby carrots
  • 200 gm chicken boneless
  • 1 cup rice
  • black pepper as required
  • 8 leaves parsley

Method

  • Step 1 Wash the chicken and prepare the stockTo begin with clean the chicken pieces in some lukewarm water and drain off the excess water, then keep them aside. Now, take a soup pot, keep it over medium flame and add the chicken pieces in the pot with 1 liter water. Stir well.
  • Step 2 Add rest of the ingredients and serve hot!Add in chopped onions, carrots to the soup pot and simmer for 30 minutes. Then add noodles, rice, salt, pepper to the pot and stir well till the seasonings are dissolved. Cover the pot with lid and cook for another 30 minutes. Garnish with some parsley and serve hot.
