Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu) [India]: Union Minister Piyush Goyal on Saturday said that the federal government is mulling over creating one more Production Connected Motivation (PLI) scheme for the Textile industry .
He made the announcement while attending to SIMA Texfair 2022 here in Coimbatore.
” The fabrics sector likewise has PLI system in which a huge quantity of financial investment is turning up all across the nation consisting of in Tamil Nadu. We are thinking of one more PLI plan in Textiles Sector,” he said.
” We will certainly develop crores of jobs in Textiles Field so that our compatriots obtain a much better lifestyle and also even more success and also our farmers get a greater price for remarkable cotton that they are producing,” Goyal included.
He stated that the textiles field which has a huge role to play in the economy of Tamil Nadu, supplying work as well as creating research study and also development to expand the exports from Tamil Nadu.
