New Delhi [India]: Ahead of loading her election paper for the Presidential political election, Bharatiya Janata Party-led NDA prospect Droupadi Murmu on Friday talked to leaders of opposition including Congress, Nationalist Congress Celebration (NCP), and Trinamool Congress (TMC) seeking their assistance for her candidature, claimed sources.
Murmu talked with Congress interim-President Sonia Gandhi, West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee and NCP principal Sharad Pawar.
According to the resources, Mamata Banerjee did not make any dedication to Murmu but desired her all the best for the election.

On the other hand, Murmu submitted her election documents at the Parliament in the national capital today.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi recommended her name for the nomination, which was seconded by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh.
