New Delhi [India] : Prices of petrol and diesel were hiked in Delhi and Mumbai on Thursday.The petrol and diesel prices were raised by Rs 0.35 and will be sold at Rs 106.54 per litre and Rs 95.27 per litre respectively in Delhi today. In Mumbai, the petrol price stands at Rs 112.44 per litre and diesel would be sold at Rs 103.26 per litre, today. In Kolkata, the petrol will be sold at Rs. 107.12 per litre and diesel will be sold at Rs. 98.38 per litre. New Delhi [India] : Delhi Police has busted a fake call centre and arrested a person for allegedly duping people on the pretext of providing jobs.According to the police, a tip-off was received on October 18 about an operational fake call centre in Delhi’s Zakir Nagar. Subsequently, a raid was conducted and the accused Md Azhar Qadri (30) was caught red-handed. Moscow [Russia] : Russia registered 33,740 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours, down from 34,325 the day before, bringing the cumulative total to 8,060,752, the federal response center said on Tuesday.“Over the past day, 33,740 COVID-19 cases were confirmed across 85 Russian regions, including 2,492 cases (7.4%) without clinical symptoms,” the center said, adding that the rate of increase fell to 0.42%. Pakistan hikes petrol price amid rising inflation

Petrol, diesel prices rise again

New Delhi [India] : Petrol and diesel prices were hiked again across the country on Thursday after a pause of two days.Petrol prices increased by Rs 0.35 paise to Rs 104.79 per litre in the national capital while the price of diesel was raised by the same amount to Rs 93.52 per litre. In Mumbai, popularly known as the financial of India, petrol prices were raised by Rs 0.34 to Rs 110.75 per litre, and diesel by Rs 0.37 to Rs 101.4 per litre.Petrol and diesel have been priced at Rs 113.37 and Rs 102.66 respectively in Madhya Pradesh’s Bhopal, Rs 105.43 and Rs 96.63 respectively in West Bengal’s Kolkata and Rs 102.10 and Rs 97.93 in Chennai respectively.Oil companies started raising auto fuel prices last week. The pause on the prices on October 12 and 13 came after a seven-day consecutive rise.

India to recieve 3 more Rafale fighters from France

New Delhi [India] : Adding on to the the strength to Indian Air Force during the ongoing military standoff with China, three more Rafales will arrive in India’s Jamnagar in Gujarat on Wednesday evening from France.
